PROs:
Good for having a corporate IM client/corporate presence.
CONs:
Does not continue running (nor does it stay connected) in the background (no crash message).
Regularly crashes with error message.
If there is VOIP integration, the user is not offered a choice to call using the iPhone (using the PSTN). VoIP over cellular data is AWFUL.
Calendar/WebEx integration (which the Windows desktop Jabber client has: (Your meetings) is sadly lacking from the Jabber iOS app.
