Love the new look!

The new look is great. The navigation bar at the bottom makes the client so much easier to navigate. Great work!

iOS 10?

When they previewed iOS 10 at the keynotes, they showed a Cisco product using the new iOS phone API/PKI to seamlessly integrate the VoIP call so it looks like a native call. This app is missing that. Its also missing quick reply! That was added whene? ios7 or ios8?? Quick reply in ios10 works really well! Please add this simple feature. Other then that... IMing today without being able to use GIF files is very annoying... the market for his app is clearly "baby boomer"... but millennials have to use to POS too... so Cisco; I have easy request for you if you want a 5 star rating out of me. Oh and the "Apple Watch" integration is a joke! The app does barely nothing! Please add WatchOS3 scribble reply option! This is an IM app boys, replying is half the game.

Use it everyday! Love the phone, meeting, calendar, IM integration.

Login issue

Need to login with username and password every time I open the App !!

Synchronization Problem

There is a problem about synchronization between desk phone and mobile application needs to be fixed as soon as possible.

Crap

It doesnt work on JB devices. Keep that in mind when you are upgrading it.

Ipad Without sim

On ipad without sim card after 5 minutes lost of registration

Voice mail account setup issue

In phone services only mode, you cant add voice mail account because the "server" field cannot be selected/tapped (only username and password can be edited). Hence you cant press "apply" since not all the settings are filled. iPhone 5 iOS 8.4 jabber 11.0.1

instable

quite heavy (batterywise) and instable. impossible to keep on a chat for more than couple of minutes. When disconnected it connects again only manually which means that its not really usable whne you are travelling .... which is the purpose of it ! Quite surprising that a brilliant brand as Cisco created this poor app.

Solid and functional app for enterprise customers

I have used Jabber for a while now, even before it was branded as Jabber and the improvements in the product over the last 4 years have been impressive, to say the least. Coupled with Cisco Expressway, this product provides a critical business function and expands user collaboration beyond the walls of the office. Im very happy with the Apple implementation of the software on iPad and iPhone, and impressed with how Cisco was able to make the product interface and UI function the same on the 2 hardware platforms.

Great collaboration app

I have used many IM apps. This application stands alone as easy to use and very reliable. When combined with WebEx, there is very little the two cant do in my everyday life. It is a great application. Keep developing it!

Good Work App

The only issue is that it does not use your phone to make phone calls. If you are on a call you use the app and a call comes in on your cell it holds your Jabber call without warning. Google Voice uses the phone which is better. Please fix this soon.

Easy to use

Its a good App, easy to use and very helpful for my daily work. UE is good, and Good video and voice call quality.

Stopped logging me in

...out of the blue. No reinstall helped and of course no need to bother following instructions to send the logs to Cisco.

Needs power optimization

Great app but it will jump itself to the top of the list of apps killing your battery. Cisco could use to focus on power optimization in their next release.

Font Issues

Why when using Jabber on my iPhone do it make my default font black and bold with no way to change it?

Perfect

IM, phone and video. Wow! Perfect way to keep in touch with everyone at work if Im on the go!
