This application has a lot of kinks that need to be fixed. It just out of the blue kicked me out one day and just havent let me back in. Called support and OMG he was no help asking me questions that has nothing to do with logging in.

While the app is averahe to good, besides the audio issues while another sound is generated (like notifications from other apps, or even calendar events), the battery is going very fast to a very low level. I think the app should be optimized or i will give up using it. It is not ok to have 38% consumption reported by the iphone due to the background activities if only this app. Regards

Every time I touch the menu button in the top left corner the step-by-step informational tutorial shows enough though I have skipped passed it 100x.

Jabber is a network engineers best friend. Take corporate communications with you where ever you may be. Best if paired with MRA. New update is very clean. Love the simplified navigation. Appears to unify the experience with MX/SX endpoints.

Cisco, please fix the software issue, previous version was able to connect with video conferencing camera such as sx-20 or sx-10, but with latest updates, everything is bad with new version, I need functionality+look & feel!

App UI is nice, but all of my contacts lost their pictures. What up with that?!

Really great app! It would be even better i control the volume on-screen and not just with the physical buttons.

Love the app, wish i could enable custom status message that would use phone location to display current city, state.

I have seen a few apps crash but this one crashes every couple of hours. I would rather of not updated it.

I use it for chat mostly and is very good experience with latest version

The UI is okay, not great. Messages from the desktop version do not appear in the mobile version, why is that?

Typical Cisco software. i.e. Bad. Wanting to run in the background just to receive a call is flat out not acceptable. Learn to use APN service.

I would like to see the ability to answer a voice call from a locked screen added. A little less battery consumption, too, would be nice. 9/1/16 update: still need the ability to answer from lock screen. I think I like the previous versions UI better - easier to navigate.

Jabber application has been crashing since I had updated it and pictures would fail to send even though it says file completed sending. I rarely had these problems, but now its happening frequently in a day.

Since the app was recently updated (Sep. 2016), it is continually auto signing in when a wireless connection is made. I have gone thru all the setting options and there is nothing that can be set which disables this on the iPad app. I have auto sign in disabled on my Windows desktop app. For obvious reasons, I dont want to be signed into my work 24/7 just because I have a wireless connection. Please fix this! I am uninstalling the app from my iPad due to this problem.

When trying to sign on, it truncated my password. So my login always fails. When I tried to send a problem report, the to field is blank.

PROs: Good for having a corporate IM client/corporate presence. CONs: Does not continue running (nor does it stay connected) in the background (no crash message). Regularly crashes with error message. If there is VOIP integration, the user is not offered a choice to call using the iPhone (using the PSTN). VoIP over cellular data is AWFUL. Calendar/WebEx integration (which the Windows desktop Jabber client has: (Your meetings) is sadly lacking from the Jabber iOS app.

It is really usful program which i use it on daily basis dur to.my work . But recently i have updated my phone ro IOS 10 now i am facing enormous amount of crashes and Bugs. Hope you.update the version to be compatible with IOS 10.

1) Whats the purpose of sending an IM that cannot be deliveref if recipient is not active on jabber at the time IM is sent? 2) phone call option not working. Once a number is dialed the app closes 100% failure rate for me ( on iOS 10.02) Therefore, useless as a mobile communication tool ( especially for business). Note, pc Version works fine :)
