Cisco Jabber App Reviews

Two stars because the app basically works for me, but... this is the only iOS app my company supports for video conferencing and I find it horrendous that I cannot put it into Split View. Of all the use cases when I need to multitask, video conferencing is at the top of my list.

I upgraded and now it doesnt work at all. Cant get past the sign in screen.

Locks up while loading contacts or locks up while signing in 90% of the time. Cisco friends, please fix 12.5.2.

It was a great app until version 11.5.2 came out and now I cant sign in on my IPhone. Please fix!!! Just keep getting a cannot connect to server message. So frustrating and cant use it for work anymore.

The upgrade is not connecting to the server. Need to fallback to earlier version somehow.

The app still keeps ringing when the desk phone is answered. Please fix this very annoying

I cannot change the presence on the iPhone or iPad. It allows the selection but never changes.

Love the apple watch feature. Of course it requires an apple watch. Very happy with latest version. URI (e-mail format) dialing to call standards based video systems. In addition to IM, I use it like a corporate directory from my iphone. Can start phone calls, IM, video calls, or e-mail.

This no longer works on an iPhone outside of my companys network. It used to work remotely which was very helpful. It has essentially lost any value. Please fix this bug.

Cant get the app to work. Please fix. Still doesnt work. Freezes when opened, unable to use at all. Fix this crappy version!!!!!!!

Chats on desktop dont sync with chats on app and visa versa.

I have iPhone 6plus when I try to call someone I can hear their voice but They cant hear my voice

Jabber is a slick all-in-one unified comms app, though it requires, as expected, some planning & know-how to take advantage of the all the features on offer.

In the past 7 days jabber took 30% of my battery share. I couldnt find a way to limit it either from the app or iOS options

Really impressive update

The Developer of this app should know that this is not whatsapp! this is a messaging app that we use for work and we need it to be sync with our dektop version. I think the following features can be really handy: 1. When I am at my Desktop I dont need to recieve any notification on my phone too!!! 2. When I am on a call on my cell phone ofcourse I can not answer any call on my desktop/jabber phone so I need jabber to send the call to my voice mail. 3. Also I would appriciate more option on call routing based on my status. ex when in a meeting forward to XXXX number when do not disturb forward to voice mail . . . Thanks for the good app Mr. developer, but it could be much better. M
