When it comes to premises based collaboration, Jabber cant be beaten. And it keeps getting better with the upcoming CallKit integration.

Message history seems to be lost whenever the app closes. Not sure if its a server setting, but storing chat history in app at least would be nice.

It is not using iOS features to handle phone calls as regular iPhone calls. Lacks a setting to include a dialing prefix to external phone calls.

Im a big fan of Jabber using it for IM, telephone and video calls. The new UI changes of round avatars is a nice touch. Love the apple watch feature - of course it requires an apple watch. URI (e-mail format) dialing to call standards based video systems is great. In addition to IM, I use it like a corporate directory from my iphone. Needs iOS 10 CallKit integration.

Went to sleep with half my battery and woke up with a dead iPhone 6 plus. Checked battery consumption setting and this app consumed all the juice in the background during the night. If you must use this app, make sure to close it or you will be in for a bad surprise.

Ever since I switched from an iPhone 5 to a 7, calls dont ring with the "Delight" ringtone that I set in the app, causing me to miss calls. It rings with the IOS default "Tri-tone" sound. I also noticed that it doesnt ring when the screen is locked. I only get a missed call modification. Works just fine on my iPhone 6 Plus. Please fix.

When the app is open, every sentence received produces a noise. Even turning the volume down to mute doesnt stop it. This only started after a recent upgrade.

Keeps signing out in the background specially when switching between cellular data and wifi. Crashes frequently.

Will this app ever be able to maintain a connection in the background? More recently the newer versions allow you to sign in without entering your login information again which helps, getting disconnected constantly or when switching from cell to wireless is a headache since there isnt any sort of notification that the connection has dropped.

Jabber in general is a perfect collaboration tool for enterprises. I like the media escalation feature from IM to voice/video call and desktop sharing.

One wish is that self view available prior to dialing into meeting - this was available in prior version

Love being able to send messages through jabber from my mobile device. Wish conversations synced across devices.

While the feature to use the native device for audio is as a useful feature to some. It would be nice to toggle this feature off or on.

Now I can start the Webex meeting from Jabber.

Use it everyday, IM and voice calls. Nicely done. Looking forward to future enhancements.

Lots of improvements and features. This new version and the Apple Watch notifications are great!
